This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, what we use it for and how users can exercise their rights, in accordance with the personal data protection regulations applicable in the Republic of Panama.

2. Personal data we may collect

Depending on how the user interacts with the landing page, we may collect the following data:

  • Information voluntarily provided in the open fields of the form.
  • Information included in enquiries sent through WhatsApp.

Assistance from an adviser

To contact the user by phone, email or WhatsApp in order to:

Promotional communications

Where the user expressly authorises it, to send commercial or promotional information related to the project, including:

  • Information about the progress or updates of the project.

Campaign measurement and improvement

To analyse how the landing page performs, measure downloads, information requests and conversions, and improve advertising campaigns. Analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Meta Pixel or similar technologies may be used for this purpose, provided they are properly configured and, where applicable, the user has accepted their use.

Compliance with legal obligations

To respond to requests from competent authorities and comply with any applicable legal obligations.

Personal data will not be used for purposes that differ from, or are incompatible with, those described in this policy.

4. User consent

The processing of the data provided through the form is based on the consent given by the user and on their request to download the brochure or to be assisted by an adviser.

Users may withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out beforehand.

The fields marked as required are necessary in order to send the requested material or to handle the enquiry properly. If the user does not provide this data, the download or the request may not be completed.

Acceptance of the Privacy Policy and authorisation to receive promotional communications must be requested through separate checkboxes.

5. Contact through WhatsApp

The landing page may include a button allowing the user to voluntarily start a conversation through WhatsApp. By using this button, the user may share with CASA ROSADA PROPERTIES S.A.:

  • Their phone number.
  • Their name or profile name.
  • The content of the messages sent.
  • Any files or documents they choose to attach.
  • Any other information voluntarily provided during the conversation.

This data will be used to answer the enquiry, provide information about the project and carry out the requested follow-up.

WhatsApp is a service external to CASA ROSADA PROPERTIES S.A. and processes certain information under its own terms and privacy policy. Users should review those terms before using the application.

Using the WhatsApp button does not in itself constitute authorisation to receive subsequent promotional communications. Specific consent from the user is required for that.

6. Commercial and promotional communications

Commercial communications by email, phone or WhatsApp will only be sent when:

  • The user has expressly requested information about the project.
  • It is necessary in order to answer or follow up on their enquiry.
  • The user has authorised the sending of promotional communications.

Users may stop receiving promotional communications at any time by:

  • Using the unsubscribe link included in the emails.

Cancelling promotional communications does not prevent the sending of messages needed to handle a request that is still active.

7. Recipients and service providers

CASA ROSADA PROPERTIES S.A. does not sell or rent users' personal data.

Data may be processed by technology providers needed to run the landing page and the campaign, including:

  • Hosting provider.
  • Form platform or CRM.
  • Email marketing platform.
  • Google, for analytics, measurement and advertising services.
  • Meta, for advertising, conversion measurement and WhatsApp services.
  • Agencies or providers responsible for the technical and advertising management of the campaign.
  • Sales advisers authorised to handle requests related to the project.

These providers may only access the information necessary to perform the functions entrusted to them and must apply appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

Data may also be disclosed where there is a legal obligation, a request from a competent authority, or where it is necessary to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the company.

8. International transfers

Some technology providers, such as Google, Meta, WhatsApp, email marketing platforms, hosting services or customer management systems, may process or store information outside Panama.

Where international data transfers take place, CASA ROSADA PROPERTIES S.A. will seek to ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations and with the corresponding protection measures.

9. Data retention

Data will be kept only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. In particular:

  • Data used to send the brochure will be kept for as long as necessary to manage the download and carry out the requested follow-up.
  • Data of people interested in the project will be kept while there is a commercial relationship, an active request or a reasonable interest in receiving assistance.
  • Data used for promotional communications will be kept until the user withdraws consent or asks to unsubscribe.
  • Data may be kept for an additional period where there is a legal obligation or where it is necessary to address potential liabilities.

Once the data is no longer necessary, it will be securely deleted, anonymised or blocked.

CASA ROSADA PROPERTIES S.A. will adopt reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, alteration, disclosure, unauthorised access or improper processing.

Staff, advisers and providers with access to the information must maintain due confidentiality. However, no system for transmitting or storing information over the Internet can guarantee absolute security.

13. User responsibility

The user warrants that the data provided is true, accurate, complete and up to date. Where they provide information belonging to another person, they declare that they have that person's authorisation to share it.

The landing page is not specifically aimed at minors. Minors must not provide personal information without the authorisation of their parents or legal guardians.

14. External links and platforms

The landing page may include links to WhatsApp, social media or other external platforms. Access to these platforms is at the user's own responsibility and is subject to the privacy policies and terms of each provider.

15. Changes to this policy

Casa Rosada may update this Privacy Policy when there are changes to the campaign, to the tools used, to the purposes of the processing or to the applicable regulations.
