Some places come along only once. Casa Rosada brings together 9 residences in an 1886 building, restored to preserve its history and to live it in a contemporary way. A residential proposal in one of the most singular enclaves of Panama's historic heart.
An investment hard to repeat.
While many developments compete on price, Casa Rosada competes on exclusivity. It turns a historic piece of Casco Viejo into a singular real estate opportunity: an irreplaceable asset in one of the most emblematic and sought-after locations in Panama, where heritage value, location and exclusivity reinforce one another.
Just 9 units preserve the boutique scale of the project and reinforce its exclusivity within the residential market.
An established location, surrounded by heritage, culture, dining and some of the most emblematic spaces in Panama City.

From the street, Casa Rosada preserves the memory of Casco Viejo. Once through the door, the light, the materials and the architecture reveal a different way of inhabiting the building.
Located in the heart of Casco Viejo in Panama City, on Avenida Central between Calle 4a Este and Calle 3era Este, the project sits in one of the most historically valuable and fastest-appreciating settings in the region. Surrounded by heritage architecture, iconic plazas, boutique hotels and a vibrant culinary scene, the location combines authenticity with strong international demand. An enclave where history protects value and the market drives returns.
Located in the heart of Panama's Casco Antiguo — founded in 1673 after the destruction of the original city and a UNESCO World Heritage Site — Casa Rosada sits in the historic and cultural heart of the capital. Set on a peninsula, the district combines colonial, Spanish and French architecture with historic plazas, fine dining and vibrant nightlife, offering a unique combination of historic value, urban lifestyle and international appeal.
Martín Urgoiti's relationship with Panama began long before Casa Rosada. He first visited the country on a business trip in 2005, and fifteen years ago he opened his Wealth Management office, led by Diego Martinez, which has allowed him to follow closely the evolution of the city and the transformation of Casco Viejo.
Over these years he witnessed the gradual recovery of this historic district, which managed to preserve its identity while establishing itself as one of the most vibrant cultural and urban centres in the region. That evolution sparked his interest in contributing from the experience he had built in Argentina.
As a founding partner of Jack Green he built a career focused on distinctive projects, conceived to outlast trends and stay relevant over time.
His approach combines strategy, design and innovation, with particular attention to architectural quality, sustainability and the creation of proposals with an identity of their own.
In this pursuit he has also drawn on the collaboration of internationally recognised architecture practices, among them FXFOWLE and AS Architecture Studio, with whom he shares the same commitment to excellence and innovation.
A track record built through architecture
Casa Rosada grows out of a particular way of understanding architecture: respecting what deserves to remain and transforming every space with sensitivity, precision and purpose.
The projects that precede this restoration share that same outlook. The architecture, the materials and the care for detail allow each place to keep its identity while evolving towards a new way of being lived in.
